A2: For urgent order and light weight, we Shipping by express:UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL,EMS(USPS). For heavy weight, we can choose to deliver the goods by air or by sea to save cost.

Q3: What about the payment methods?
A3: We accept T/T for big amount, and for small amount, you can pay us by Trade Assurance Order,Paypal,Western Union,Money Gram,Escrow and etc.

Q4: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A4: It depends on seasons. Fee is different in different address. You can consult us at all times.

Q5: What's your delivery time?
A5: It is depends on quantities and designs.

Q6: Can I print our logo/barcode/unique QR code/series number on your products?
A6: Yes, of course. We can make a sample for your confirmation, and we will sign confidential agreement for custom design.

Q7.Can you modify sample if I find sample is not satisfactory?
A7: Yes, sample can be revised according to your comments, and usually before making final sample, we would make a rough sample for clients to check the looking and outlines first.

Q8.Are your products safe ? Will it meet with European and American toys standards?
A8: Sure, our materials are eco-friendly, baby safe and non allergic, can pass all standards as CE/ EN71/ ASTM/ REA CH etc, to meet different demands from different market.
